Simplicity is required when dealing with the feudal minded crew of the Spirit of the Fissure. To that end, Exploratrix Pumpkin took to manufacturing a weapon that was easy to build and use. Dual pipes, common enough throughout the vessel, functions as the barrels of a blunderbuss. A trigger and sturdy handle allow for discharge of the single shot contained in the barrel. An ax head on the end of the barrel along with reinforcement along the length makes it a good chopping weapon.
